I cannot rate my experience here highly enough. I had a drama on the day and had to change my appointment and then ran late due to traffic. I was stressed out when I arrived. Ana just gave me a hug and told me to relax and I had a wonderful treatment. Ana was so friendly and kind, and my treatment was very pleasant. It was a birthday gift from my mum, and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I will be returning!

I had the most incredible experience at the day spa penrith. From the moment I walked in, everything felt so calming and welcoming. Anastasia was absolutely wonderful so thoughtful and attentive throughout the entire session. She made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. What made it even more special was that she surprised me with a beautiful bracelet and a small cake for my birthday such a sweet and personal touch. It’s rare to find a place that not only delivers excellent service but also makes you feel genuinely valued. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and heartfelt experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Sam is exceptionally knowledgeable & has the ability to sense what it is that you need. I am forever grateful I decided to book myself that first appointment; each visit since has been more & more comforting. What a hidden gem. My massage therapist was Chelsea and she was incredible. I received the Reiki Ritual and I've never left a massage place feeling so at peace. Exactly what I needed after a stressful few months at work.

I have previously been to a very flashy and up-market place in Windsor. I thought they were pretty fabulous. I was given a gift voucher for an Avaya experience at The Day Spa. I'd never been to The Day Spa before and looked forward to it. But WOW!! The experience  I had was just remarkable! My therapist was Anastasia and she was wonderful. Every single aspect of my pamper was PERFECT. Massage pressure was exactly right and the facial and head massage .......wow .... better than I could have imagined. Anastasia got everything just right. Her movements were quiet, her hands were soft and gentle and I felt SO good. The heated eye mask was amazing! The welcoming herbal tea and the post experience tea and treats were fantastic. Plus the lovely little Balinese bracelet as a gift. Every part of my time at The Day Spa rates at 10/10. I will definitely be back. A wonderful treasure of a place in a small area in Emu Plains - a hidden gem {:o)

I was treated to a beautiful lymphatic massage yesterday by the amazing Chelsea. What a little hidden gem the Day Spa is! So clean and tranquil and very professional. I highly recommend it!!!
